1) Files sent from other apps sometimes failed to open. FileO now reliably handles all file types, including those from external apps.
2) FileO now ensures only one instance runs at a time, even when opening multiple files from external apps.
3) Files received from external sources are now saved with their original names and extensions, improving compatibility and viewing.
4) Several enhancements to File List and Home screen
5) Some Bug fixes, stability & performance improvements.
