Fruit gauge

A mobile application for semi-automatic phenotyping (precision and time saving).

Fruit Gauge is an alternative for conventional phenotyping where the breeder will be taking the image of harvested fruits. Some random fruit samples will be taken for this purpose. These images will be processed using computer vision techniques and then results will be given as the mean value of the particular entry. For each quantitative trait, this method is followed and the compiled data will be given as excel. This output can be directly imported into any statistical software to make appropriate decisions.
