Gulsanam Mamazoitova 1981-yilning 22-martida Farg‘ona viloyati, Farg‘ona shahrida tugʻilgan. 1997-yilda Farg‘ona shahridagi 1-o‘rta maktabni 9-sinfini tamomlab, Farg‘ona davlat san’at bilim yurtini an’anaviy ijrochilik bo‘limiga o‘qishga kirgan. 2000-yilda O‘zbekiston Davlat konservatoriyasining sharq musiqasi bo‘limiga qabul qilingan. O‘qishni 2004-yilda magistratura bosqichida davom ettirgan va 2006-yilda tamomlagan. 2004-yilda hukumat tomonidan Nihol mukofoti bilan, 2006-yilda O‘zbekistonda xizmat ko‘rsatgan artist va O‘zbekiston mustaqilligiga 22-yil to‘lishi arafasida 2013-yilning 23-avgust kuni O‘zbekiston xalq artisti unvoni bilan taqdirlangan.
