Being a native Floridian and after moving a total of nineteen times in her life, four of which were custom building a home with local builders here in Jacksonville, Gwyn added real estate to her career track. Moving was always a profitable investment in her life and selling her own home each time gave her the experience to understand the issues that come from selling and buying a home and how to prevent problems from arising.

With a background in the tax industry helping clients keep the most money possible, being able to assist others before making decisions that could affect their finances substantially became a quest that Gwyn decided to undertake.

Serving clients for over thirteen years has been a joy to her and gaining referrals is a compliment that she thoroughly appreciates. She has spent much time looking at floor plans and touring homes under construction with her husband of 30 years and her four children in their varying neighborhoods.
