Lallemand Wine

The Lallemand Wine app supplies winemakers with fermentation expertise with respect to Lallemand's yeast, bacteria and other microbiological products. The app also covers the range of application of these products and the best conditions for their use in wine fermentation.

The app has the following features:

The catalogue supplies winemakers with the latest information on wine yeast and bacteria, nutrients, enzymes and SIY, and their range of application and the best conditions to use them.

• Lallemand's unique Wine Bacteria Sensory Profiling tool, which proposes the best solution for malolactic fermentation based on the type of wine and the desired wine style.

• A search and product filtering engine to help find products by name or by characteristic (e.g., pH, alcohol level, grape varietal, etc.)
