The desire to own a home is the dream of everyone who has started a new family life or a family that does not have a home. With current high house prices, it is very difficult for low-income people to be able to own a home.

There are two choices or ways to have a dream home. The first method is to buy a new house or resell, both cash and credit methods. Whereas the second method is to build a new house on land that has been provided previously.

In the first way, the price of a house will be relatively more expensive, let alone buy a house in a housing managed by the developer, because the selling price of the house includes the benefits in it. Whereas the second method is to build it yourself, it will be cheaper because the construction work management is carried out by itself, can choose building materials according to ability and can make efficient use of building labor.

For the implementation of the second method, which is to build a new house on the land that we have provided before, good preparation is needed so that the house we build will be as desired, both in terms of layout, model and cost. In order for the results of development in accordance with the wishes as I mentioned, first the design drawings must be made and the RAB of the building in accordance with the wishes and size of the land we have.

To build an ideal, artistic, good layout, and have a healthy home standard, we cannot just build by assigning a group of builders, but need a plan that is good and right through design drawings that really fulfill the desire.

Planning design drawings are called technical drawings, plan drawings, or implementation drawings. The picture consists of several types and types of images namely, floor plans, cut-out images, visible images, installation drawings, 3-dimensional images, and detailed drawings or explanatory images. From these pictures we can find out the model, arrangement and layout of the room, as well as the size of the house we plan, and if there are parts that are less suitable and less in line with tastes and desires, then we can make revisions and improvements.
