On-field verification of Drip/Sprinkler system under PMKSY scheme at Haryana.
This App is exclusively for use by authorized officers of Directorate of Horticulture, Haryana or their authorized officials for performing on-field verification.
In Haryana small farmers are eligible to subsidy upto 85% (Center Share + State Share) for installation of Micro-Irrigation Systems (Drip/Sprinkler) under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojna (PMKSY). Under this scheme willing farmers can apply on-line on portal minet.hortharyana.gov.in
Once the registered vendors complete the installation of Drip or Sprinkler system for a farmer, the department officials or independent verification agencies will visit the field and using this App they will verify following aspects of installation –
a) Quantity of each component as defined in the project estimate
b) Quality checklist (about 10 points checklist)
c) GPS Co-ordinates of each corner of the farm. (The App will compute the area)
d) On-site Photograph of the installation (preferably with farmer)
The App has the feature to save the data offline (local storage) for later submission, for cases where internet connectivity is poor.
