Mizu Survey Application

Various survey forms have been designed to gather information related to proposed site location, sources of water, provisions for electricity and quality of water source. The field staff is required to submit data for each section while the geo coordinated of the location are automatically submitted where necessary. This data submitted by each survey team is recorded on the online database from which desired reports can be prepared.

The Survey App requires internet connectivity for submission of data and special provision are made to store data on the device in offline mode so that smooth survey operation can be performed
