Connect to nearby TWN4 BLE devices and send unique mobile phone identifier

The Mobile Badge BLE+ app allows mobile devices to connect automatically to compatible ELATEC readers and send unique data for identification. A special authentication procedure ensures that the app sends the identification data only to the appropriate ELATEC readers.

Requirements:

- Elatec TWN4 MultiTech BLE reader

- Reader firmware with BLE+ functionality, version V3.12 or higher

- Mobile phone compatible with the app (Bluetooth V4.1 or higher / can advertise)

Necessary Android Permissions:

- Bluetooth

- Location
