1. Additional delay has been added prior to the API being called from the home screen to allow Expired ETA update from Clock Icon
2. Turn the ETA clock icon to Red when the time hits 0 to indicate time expired instantly from the landing screen.
3. Change the description of the 212-error message to indicate drivers to logout and log back in when task errors become out of sync.
