This app allows you to keep every single detail about your surf lessons, surf coaches, feedback, waiver forms and more, all in one place. This app has 2 modules: Admin module and staff module.

Admin:

The admin module has the following features:

• Assign coach for particular customers for particular surf lessons. In case, if the assigned coach is busy providing surf lessons to some other customer on the same day at same time then the admin can also change the coach.

• View the details of the waiver forms of different customers.

• View the feedback given by the clients on surf lessons and coaches.

• View the coaches log. Coaches’ log includes details about the surf lessons conducted by different coaches.

Staff:

The staff module has the following features:

• View the list of the surf lessons assigned to them.

• Fill up the waiver form based on the information provided by the clients.

• View the medical information of different customers. These medical details contain information about the health related issues of different customers.

• Fill up the form for providing information about the surf lessons conducted by them. These details can then be viewed by the admin in the coaches’ log as mentioned above.

This application can work online and offline.
