The Micromax Serv App enables executives at Micromax Collection Centres to create repair requests of customer submitted Micromax devices. The App also assists the executives notify the customer when the device is received from the Service Centre, post-repair. Moreover, it helps to verify a canceled request, allowing Micromax executives to deliver the device(s) back to customers.
