-MVola Credit Services: The MVola app offers convenient credit services to meet your short-term financial needs at a rate of 9%.

How to make a request?

1. Check your eligibility for a credit application: You must be 18 years or older and have an active and verified MVola account.

2. Open the MVola app: Navigate to the MVola Credit section.

3. Choose the amount and reason for the credit.

4. Select a Credit reason: Each user will have to select the credit reason from the options offered by the application.

5. Accept the terms and conditions of use: Access the details by clicking on the link that redirects to the general conditions of use of MVola, read and accept the conditions to finalize the request.

6. Reimbursement Process: Reimbursements are due on the due date presented at the time of acceptance of the Credit. MVola sends automatic reminders to help you make repayments on time. All costs are transparent from the start, with no hidden fees or additional charges during the term of the credit.

- Savings Service: Save and earn money:

• Earn 4% interest per year, paid quarterly.

• No initial deposit is required.

• Easy signup process – start earning right away.

Required permissions:

- Approximate Location Access: Used to locate nearby agents, branches and merchants that accept MVola payments.

- Camera access: Needed to scan QR codes when making merchant purchases or payments.

- Access to Contacts: Used only to facilitate transfers to saved contacts and is never used for any other purpose.

- Storage Access: Allows the app to store receipts after each transaction on your phone.

- Push Notification: Allows you to receive alerts about important activities on your account, such as promotional offers, so you are always informed.

Privacy and Data Security: MVola only collects data necessary to provide its services, adhering to strict data protection regulations. All data transmissions, between the application and MVola systems, are encrypted and stored securely.
