Fixes and improvements:
- Expenses now save on the date you choose, not the date you entered them
- The expense total displays correctly again
- Rent and bills are now generated properly in February
- Fixed a case where rent could be charged twice in the same month
- Rejected bill receipts can be uploaded again
- Tenants who join with an invite code are now billed their correct rent
- Security and privacy hardening throughout
