Screen and Interval Time App (First and Only)

Pauscreen (Pause Screen) is a mobile application designed to limit the continuous use of mobile phones and tablets. It is different from other productivity apps as it defines app usage per use, providing you flexibility on what you think is an adequate and appropriate time.

How does it work?

• Users will be asked to set usage time per use (the duration in which users can use most of installed apps) and interval time (the duration in which the installed apps will be temporarily locked (“Interval Mode”) or simply “break-time.”

• Once activated, installed apps will be in a ready-to-use mode. The usage duration will start when you tap the “Start Now” button. By doing so, you can use all installed apps freely for the set period. When the usage duration ends, interval duration starts, which means all installed apps in the device will not be used temporarily because they are “paused” or locked in a set period. Once the interval duration lapsed, all affected apps will be in a ready-to-use mode again.
