Ping test

Ping is a network utility to determine whether a specific IP address is accessible or used to test the reachability of a host on an Internet Protocol (IP) network. It works by sending a packet to the specified address and waiting for a reply. PING is used primarily to troubleshoot Internet connections.

It works on both 3G and Wifi.

ICMP ping currently only works in IPv4. IPv6 isn't widely supported on Android yet and is NOT available in this application.
