Poshan Tracker

POSHAN Tracker is a comprehensive monitoring system that provides a complete view of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) and their operations. The application enables real-time tracking of activities at AWCs, service delivery by Anganwadi Workers (AWWs), and end-to-end management of beneficiaries including pregnant women, lactating mothers, children aged 0-6 years, and adolescent girls. Through this holistic tracking system, administrators can monitor and manage all AWCs, AWWs and beneficiaries in real-time, ensuring effective service delivery and beneficiary care at the grassroots level.
