That happens because the lack of Google PlayServices. Some apps only work with Google and Huawei has his own App Store as they haven't contracted Google for their store. I have the same model of phone as you and I find these errors on many apps I download from APK Pure

I've sent  an email to Huawei Services regarding another app that I can't use on my phone and they told me I had to wait until they will find a place from where they can download the app and we can use it. So no concret answer feom them, but I hope soon we can use this app on these phones. You can try to email them about this app and see how they can help, maybe they can post it for download soon 

Yeah same problem same phone.. Just gray screen and i have to leave game after every level and start it again thats only way. Put pubg game works fine.
