S2F Service Tracker

The purpose of “Start-to-Finish (S2F) Service Tracker System” is to track services provided by the relevant government stakeholders, and in particular the Ministry of Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation from end-to-end in Fiji.

By using this app, the citizens of Fiji will be able to apply for different benefit scheme specially the PBS or Poverty Benefit Scheme. After applying through this app, they will also be able to track their application status and receive notification regarding approval, rejection, interview or inspection schedule, bank transactions and other relevant information.

This Mobile App is very simple and user friendly. The citizens can easily use this app by providing their user name and login credentials. Once logged in, they can update their profile, register for PBS, view bus schedule, request for appointment, open bank account after approval and other relevant services integrated with the Web System. They can also submit their observation, feedback or complaint through this app.
