A screenplay is a blueprint for a film; it's usually used as an aid by filmmakers to help them develop their vision and transfer that onto the big screen. There are many different formats of scripts, so not all scripts are created equal. The most popular format is called "script type". Script type scripts can be broken down into 3 sections: page one (a detailed description of what we're looking at), scene headings and dialogue (written in quotes). Scripts can also vary in length from 10 pages to 120+ pages depending on how long they want the film to be or how much detail they need while writing it out.

1) Start with a thesis statement that summarizes your argument.

2) Have a strong introduction that grabs the reader's attention and presents your main idea. 3) Follow up with evidence from different sources in order to back up your claims.

4) Include at least two paragraphs of well-developed analysis and commentary on how your essay fits into the larger context of debates about this topic or related topics (i.e., literature review).

5) Finish by revisiting your central claim(s), restating them more forcefully than before, and summarize
