SEBI ACT,1992

The Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (the SEBI Act) is an Act of the Parliament of India enacted for regulation and development of securities market in India. SEBI ACT,19920 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of January,1992. It extents to the whole of India.
