SIGMA Secure ID

Now it is possible to validate SIGMA operations through a secure temporary PIN that identifies the authorizing user.

It is easier to explain it with an example:

A sales person manually specifies a discount on a product. By not having a profile with the necessary permits to perform this operation, the order is pending authorization to be billed.

In this situation, you can wait for a supervisor to authorize it, or, at the moment, request a PIN from an authorized user. The latter opens the SIGMA Secure ID application, and if it is already logged into the system it generates a new PIN.

The invoice can then, type the generated code, or read the QR through the webcam of his terminal.

This PIN is one time only and has a life of 1 minute.

The invoice is validated in SIGMA, authorized by the user who generated the PIN.
