sima

Sima is an application that allows sending and receiving communication messages between the agronomist-consultant manager, producer groups, cooperatives and their members.

Sima application is addressed to agronomists/consultants, producer groups and cooperatives (administrators). Allows the direct communication between the administrator and his members (producers) through communication messaging forms. The administrator prepares the contact forms by using a PC via the platform ifarma cloud and sends the messages to selected members. Members receive these inquiries by using the sima application.

After receiving the message the members complement the corresponding fields enlisted in the contact form (e.g. the number of insects counted in a trap, amount of fruit harvested according to the variety, date of pesticide application and dosage used) and send the completed form back to the administrator.

The administrator via the PC version of the farm management application ifarma cloud, keeps record of the sent messages and the received responses from each producer in each message form.

The manager may include in the messaging form as many fields he considers necessary. The fields that may be complemented by the members, in the messaging form, may be a date, text, multiple choice texts, a number, a photo or a geographical point of interest.

The user of the sima application may filter the incoming messages according to the task category (e.g. pest management, fertilization, harvesting, soil tillage) or may choose to view all the received messages, or only the new, the opened or the answered ones.

Sima application significantly facilitates the communication among the administrator and the members (producers) since it provides instant messaging ability and integrated data receiving feedback concerning the tasks done by the producer.
