Simadu Jati

The Simadu Jati application (Complaint Monitoring System Towards Definite Performance) is an application created by Cirebon Class I Prison which functions as a means of facilitating the community in providing complaints that occur in Cirebon Class I Prison. This application is the main forum for accommodating and monitoring all complaints submitted by the public through various electronic and non-electronic media.

Through the Simadu Jati application, it is hoped that it can provide convenience for the public in submitting complaints and seeing / monitoring the progress of complaints made quickly, accurately and transparently through this application. Pioneers do not need to be afraid and worried in submitting complaints through this application, because this application is managed by the admin / complaint service officer of Class I Cirebon Prison who will always maintain the confidentiality of the reporter's identity.

This application will continue to be developed in the future to be able to receive complaints / monitor the progress of any complaints related to the services provided by Class I Cirebon Prisons to the public.
