Sky CareConnect

Leaving the hospital doesn’t have to mean you’re cut off from the doctor.

Sky CareConnect gives you free access to your ER doctors for up to 7 days after going home from the hospital. Now you can text, share images, even video chat questions related to your recent hospital visit to EMA physicians without leaving your home.

Doctors are available 9am-9pm Eastern Time, 365 days a year, and respond to your questions in under five minutes.

Doctors staffing Sky CareConnect can answer questions, recommend the most appropriate point of care if you need additional in-person treatment (so you don’t have to return to the hospital if it isn’t necessary), even write a prescription if the situation calls for it.

Sky CareConnect features:

· Get care – Get answers to common, urgent healthcare concerns and the treatment you need from doctors you trust.

· Send a message – Send questions, concerns, and images directly to a doctor via a secure, user-friendly service and get immediate answers.

· Chat with a doctor – Video chat with a doctor via phone, tablet, or computer

· Eliminate the need for a return trip to the ER.

· Stay informed – Message and visit history are yours to access and share with your own primary care doctor.

Sky CareConnect is available at no cost to EMA patients at select hospitals in the Mid-Atlantic region.
