This application only highlight screen with specified color.

Brightness depends on your screen highlight configuration/settings. Screen is not turning off while highlighting is active.

You can use this application in such ways:

1) highlight specified color;

2) choose color you need;

3) tabs can be user as a highlighter for some artist - when they draw on paper which is layed on tab
