Swoosh provides safe and reliable pre-booked “Care Ride” transportation to scheduled team or group activities, as well as convenient on-demand “Instant Ride” services to take you anywhere from anywhere.

Book Care Ride after creating a profile and joining a team/group

On the Swoosh Rider app, you can create your athletes’ profiles, join teams, and pre-book a Care Ride for each calendar team/group event posted by the Team Manager. The app notifies you if your request to join a team/group is accepted or rejected. The app also displays your team(s) and corresponding team mates.

Plan with personalized calendar and indicate attendance

Use your personalized calendar to plan for scheduled team/group events. For each event, you can indicate whether you are coming, not coming, or might be coming to the event.

Book Instant Ride from anywhere to anywhere

Our Instant Ride service allows you book on-demand rides from anywhere to anywhere, as long as Swoosh operates in your city and drivers are available.

Safety is Everything

We have enhanced safety controls in place to ensure your end-to-end trip with us is safe and that you and your family have peace of mind. For Care Ride, the app allows you review drivers’ profiles prior to requesting a booked ride. Also, an emergency button is provided to enable you easily send a critical emergency notification to the Swoosh control centre, if necessary.

Know estimated fare charges before booking

During the ride booking process, the Rider app displays an estimated fare and an estimated travel time. It also shows your current wallet balance.

Seamless communication

Communicate directly via chat or phone with your driver once a ride is booked. For Care Ride, communication with the team manager and between team or group members is also allowed.

Rate your driver

After every ride, you are able to provide a rating for your driver.
