TippyTalk Plus

TippyTalk Plus is an AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) app that allows those individuals with speech difficulties to use a symbol-based system to form simple sentences that will be spoken out loud for in-room communication, or sent to recipients via text message.

Usage is simple. The user taps the symbols and pictures to choose a recipient and form the simple sentence to be spoken or sent. Message recipients can respond via text, voice, or image. An administrator, such as a parent, teacher, speech language pathologist, or other account administrator custom configures pictures to represent recipients, actions, or objects.

The remote, two-way message capability sets TippyTalk apart from other assistive technology solutions that can only speak text to those present in the room with the person who is non-verbal.
