Anybody having a smart phone may login into VF app and indicate any issue of any individual / group / village / Mandal pending with any Govt Office Bank or any other institution at any level in the operational area of the VFApp. The issue may be briefly stated attaching supporting documents if any, and submit it. For each issue there may be separate submission. An Executive of the VFApp will get in touch with the sender of the request and also follow it up on his / their behalf with the office / institution that is to offer help to the sender of the request.
