Vigenere Cipher

Hello to whom this may concern,

This is a vigenere cipher. The Cipher will use a given keyword and a given phrase or word. With the given parameters met the program will pop up with a toast message with your encrypted text and you can decode the text by hitting the decode message.

-- updated the edit text and now there are four. the first two text boxes are to be used to create the secret message and the last two can decrypt that secret message, and each second text box is the key.
