Fixes a bug in version 1.3, that occurred in Android 8.0 and later.
Version 1.3 relaxed the security restriction of switching domains while on the lock screen: now this is true only when the device is hard-locked, that is with a pattern, PIN or password. If it's only a swipe lock, the domain can now be changed.

Fixes a few bugs, or rather user annoyances:
  - site appeared too slowly at device boot, so it frequently got in front of another app the user had opened
  - when not set to show on the lock screen, site sometimes briefly flashed on the screen after boot
Both these problems have been fixed.
