Lista - Healthy Eating

LISTA is a bilingual (English and Spanish) healthy eating app that helps users prepare their grocery shopping list to include healthy options. The app uses the MyPlate icon to guide the selection of food items to be included in the shopping list. Through videos, recipes, and images, the app teaches users how to approach the grocery store while shopping and offers food serving suggestions following the MyPlate icon. The app also includes an expense and weight tracker.
