Abhishek pokhriyal is an Iyengar yoga practitioner and teacher , also known as apyogaindia on different social media platforms . He has 11 years of experience in India, Thailand, China, Indonesia, and many other countries, he has taught and trained more than 10,000 people to date.

He established a organisation called "Ganga Yogshala” in Rishikesh , Uttrakhand where he and his team conduct online yoga classes, yoga retreats, workshops, and teacher training programs.
