BASIC RULES

The system will deal a card and place it face up to begin a discard pile, then randomly assign which person to go first. Rest of the players will play in a clockwise direction. The player next in turn has to match the card on the discard pile, either by number or color. If the player does not have a matching card to play, he/she must take a card from the draw pile.

HOUSE RULES

.Cut - If a player not next in turn has a card matching the one on discard pile either by number or color, the player gets to play that card.

.Pair - If a player next in turn has two cards matching the one on discard pile either by number or color, the player can play both cards at the same time. Same rule applies to a pair of +4 or wild cards.

.Multiple Penalty - If A plays a +2/+4 card, B plays another +2/+4 card, multiple penalties apply to player C if C does not have a matching card in hand.
