Day Rhythm (Circadian Clock) is an app developed to help resync our mind & body to its natural state – when we were influenced by the solar patterns on Earth.

The Day Rhythm (Circadian Clock) app uses your physical location (from your device’s GPS), to calculate the major solar timings of the day. It then calculates your body’s circadian rhythm for the day, and shows you the timings of the key milestones for the day, in normal time.

Only the key milestone’s are shown, allowing you to schedule your own routine, that brings you the most reward or happiness – which would vary according to the individual.

You can also choose other dates – to see the timings of those days.
