User Experience

Handwritten signature is the most intuitive and user-friendly way of expressing one's consent or approval. SIGNATUS replaces paper and pen with mobile device and stylus (ideally Samsung S pen), making the transition to e-signing smoother. The user interface of SIGNATUS is fully customizable to e-signing context and workflow.

Mobility

SIGNATUS works independently of e-signature server, even offline. It leverages features of mobile devices to capture the signature and metadata unique to the signer - handwriting biometry (supported by S pen SDK and Kofax SignDoc), picture, ID scan, voice, fingerprint, GPS location. These data link the signer to document content and prove their intent to sign.

Authenticity & Integrity

Data captured by SIGNATUS is hashed (SHA-256) and encrypted (RSA-4096) within the PDF-A providing proof of authenticity. Then SIGNATUS locks this data and document content hash using advanced digital signature with one-time or qualified certificate, to ensure document integrity. SIGNATUS complies to industry standards and ISO 19794 and ISO 32000 norms.

Security

SIGNATUS uses Samsung KNOX and other means of securing the mobile device, operating system, and document content. SIGNATUS is compatible with KNOX Container and can run in a kiosk mode, making it suitable for use even in low-trust environment.
