It's a balancing act when it comes to monitoring your Warfarin/Coumadin intake with your Vitamin K intake to maintain a proper INR level. The main goal is to eat the same amount of Vitamin K foods daily. Knowing the amount in the foods you eat is the first step to INR happiness and why I created this app.
