Relax

The “Relax” game allows you to train various muscle groups (when using the Callibri sensor) and trainings of brain rhythms control (when using BrainBit device). The game runs as part of biofeedback app and serves as a player of various content.

The goal of the game is to consciously control the speed of the video on the screen or sound background. Content is selected depending on the objectives of the training. If the user's activity level corresponds to the target values, then the video plays at normal speed or the user hears a sound background. The game can play various scenes: plants, fireplace, surf, etc.

For example, for relaxation training, visualization of fireplace (imitation of the sound of burning firewood) brings you in the atmosphere of comfort. Upon reaching a high level of relaxation, the sound of the fireplace increases.
