Serial HTTP Post Bridge

Initial version
Serial HTTP post bridge provides serial to HTTP post bridge. The data from serial is encoded to base64 and send by HTTP post. The response data from HTTP response is expected to be base64 encoded. Serial HTTP post bridge is then decoded from base64 and sends back to usb serial.
