Simply Sara Boutique

We are a small online Boutique located in Wilmington, NC!

In late 2020, I woke up one Saturday morning and felt the urgency to move forward with an online boutique that I had been considering for the past year or more. After consulting with Sara's brothers and dad (they obviously loved the idea), we launched Simply Sara Boutique. Literally days after making the announcement on my Facebook profile, I learned that a company I had been with for 12 years announced they would close their doors. Talk about God’s timing! HE knew what was coming and created that sense of urgency!

You might be wondering about the name, Simply Sara.

Sara is our daughter, who in 2007, was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer, DIPG (diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma). This rare childhood cancer has a very poor prognosis. Unfortunately, our daughter lost her battle just a little over a year after her diagnosis. Her maturity and grace was far above her young age. Her attitude towards life inspired so many. And, so we thought, we’d honor our daughter’s/sister’s memory and her flair for life by naming our boutique after her.
