1) submitting notes should be faster
2) make-up sessions can only be written within 14 days of missed session date
3) if Session Length is defined in Mandate then "End Time" will not be editable
4) new Alert before overwriting a note in progress
5) work week is defined as Sunday-Saturday
6) added ability to use single and double quotes
