Quick workouts designed to build chest, arm and upper-body strength.

You’ll build lean, strong, and natural upper body strength with these routines. Workouts are available for beginners to advanced exercisers.

In this free version you can try one workout routine of each level. Challenge yourself by seeing which workout level you can finish.

The workout format follows and HIIT method: you'll watch the exercise to be done for about 12 seconds, then you'll do the exercise for 60 - 90 seconds. Just follow the guide; there's no thinking involved.
