Daazen Personal Training is the platform from which young to older adults, male and female can feel safe and supported on their journey to new beginnings being healthier, fitter, more toned and just that feeling of, "I can conquer the world".

We are located in north London in the friendly community of stoke Newington/Stamford hill. The concept we deliver arise from the realization that, with all the current self-help programs and exercise applications, PT, movements specialists and special population trainers, there is still the need for a more person-centred approach, putting you the individual at the centre of the "mind mapping".

You see, looking at the available platforms, the emphasis tends to focus on the results and not including the process to the result, where the challenges arise from.

Breaking down these obstacles to the exercise industry take an approach which incorporates a body mind synergy. This approach takes the individual through the physical process and the associated mental process, which hinders or support goal success.
