42.0: Allow current bearing to be copied to clipboard when long pressing on compass page. Fixed issue with offline map being drawn on top of tracklogs. When emailing current data from app, allow choosing waypoints and/or tracklogs. Moved Goto, Take photo and Grid-ref buttons on main page for consistency.
41.7: Fixed KML import issues.
41.5: Added options to show grid lines and tracklog grid cell coverage on map. Removed obsolete Wear version of app..
