Now you can configure two numbers for sending SMS.

Now SMS would be sent directly when 'Help' button is clicked to the configured numbers without the need to press the 'Send' button

Rape is a social evil. This social evil is taking roots in all the nook and corner of the society. Many Rape cases have been reported in different parts of the world.

This is a simple application that potentially would help to inform the necessary people in case of emergency.

This application consists of the following section.

1.Settings : The settings page provides with some important options

a. Message - The message to be sent in case of emergency.

b. Contact - The user of the application are required to set two numbers to call and message. A call is placed to the First number while an SMS is sent to the second one. Both numbers could be same or different.

c. Enable/Disable Calling/Messaging/AudioRecording. We would encourage you to enable all the three options provided.

d. Location Logs : Enabling this options enables the application to keep a track of the person. This fetches the location of the person every 10 minutes and stores it to the local device. This could be provided as an evidence. You should enable the network provider so that the application receives the latitude and longitude details. Enabling the network provider is explained in the latter section.

2. Image Gallery : Some banners are provided that you could share it with your friends.

3. Tips to prevent miss-happenings is provided in the next section.

Widget:

Help : The widget is provided for easy use. Clicking on the widget would call the first number entered in the contact settings

section. It also creates an SMS that includes your current location (if internet is available and network provider is selected)and would send it to the number provided.

Start/Stop : Consider a situation where you are being verbally abused by a person. Click the Start button provided. This records the audio and is stored to the sdcard. This could also be provided as an evidence.

Enabling the network provider is a necessity so that the application could work properly.

How to enable the Network Provider?

1. Goto Settings

2. Select Location and Security

3. Check the Use wireless network option

Enabling the GPS will also provide accurate results than the Network provider but it would drain away your battery.
