HOW THE GAME WORKS

Each round in NumCrux has one goal: answer 10 equations correctly before your time or lives run out. You get 60 seconds and 3 lives. Each question shows one equation and four possible answers — tap the one you believe is correct to move forward. A wrong pick costs one life, and three mistakes end the round.

FIVE LEVELS OF GROWING CHALLENGE

NumCrux features five difficulty levels that unlock as you play. Early rounds use addition and subtraction with smaller numbers. As you answer more correctly, multiplication appears, then division, and number ranges grow wider. A level indicator and progress counter show exactly how many correct answers you still need to win.

SCORE AND STREAK BONUSES

Every correct answer earns points in NumCrux. Answer three in a row without a mistake and earn bonus points on top of your regular score. Your streak counter and total score update live during the round, rewarding steady focus and thoughtful choices under time pressure.

CLEAR WIN AND LOSE CONDITIONS

Reach 10 correct answers to see a Victory screen. Run out of time or lose all lives and you get a Game Over screen. Either way, NumCrux shows a full results summary: final score, correct answers out of total attempts, seconds left on the clock, and the highest level you reached in that session.

YOUR PERSONAL RECORDS

NumCrux saves sessions on your device, so progress is kept even if you leave mid-round. After each game, compare your result with your personal best score and browse your five most recent high scores in the Recent Scores list. Each entry shows rank, score, and level — a simple way to track improvement over time.

QUICK ROUNDS, INSTANT RESTART

NumCrux fits short breaks perfectly. When a round ends, tap Play Again for a fresh 60-second timer, three lives restored, and a score reset to zero. No long menus — just open the app, tap Play, and start solving right away.
