Our app is available for Apple and Android devices, and provides access to tour guide trips, tourists and stores all through your mobile.

Simply work with your Tour Guide and trips Manager to create the Tour Guide account, and then enjoy the Tax Free shopping experience with your tourist.

With benefits for both the Tour Guide Operator and the international shopper, claiming back residential tax has never been easier.

What you need:

A Tour Guide Operator must have an account with Planet and access to the desktop Tour Guide Manager app.

Trips must be pre-planned in the Tour Guide Manager desktop app

Instructions:

Download the Planet eTF Tour Guide application from the Apple or Android stores.

Log in with credentials provided to you by your Tour Guide Manager, then follow the steps below:

- Use the navigation banner to see Trips, Stats or Profile

- View your upcoming and past trips

- Assign new traveler to an upcoming trip

- See what stores you have already visited

- See interesting statistics by store and purchase values

- Manage your profile

- Associate a digital wallet ID for your Tourist (e.g. WeChat)
