Serdar Ortaç born February 16, 1970, in Istanbul Gureba Hospital Foundation was completed in the first

Kocamustafapaþa education and secondary education Suadiye High School. The high school Haydarpasa

Industrial Vocational High School, was completed in turning and smoothing section. His father was a small
