With this app you can chat via Bluetooth if your internet connection is not on.

L 'App automatically activates the Bluetooth menu of the awards' App "make discoverable" to expose your device, then press the Bluetooth icon in the upper right doing a scan, you will see the devices to which you can connect to, click on device to which you want to connect.

If your friend does not have this app, pressing the "share", you can send and share this app, and your friend or girlfriend can download the app.
