A subscription with a service provider utilizing the back-end Broadsoft platform is required to utilize the Business Communicator app.

Business Communicator must be configured to operate as an extension of your hosted IP phone system offered by your service provider. You will receive the benefits of secure instant messaging, phone and calendar presence, softphone and video calling, and much more.

Users can have a full unified communications (UC) experience while on the road or working remotely to send and receive calls via their business IP phone system, using your office caller ID.
